Q: Tell us about your guarantee. What makes it different from other replacement window companies?
A: In addition to the excellent manufacturer’s warranty on the products we sell and install, which is a Full Lifetime Warranty, fully transferable to secondary homeowner in case of sale of property, we provide accidental glass breakage coverage on all our windows and doors.
We also provide a lifetime installation warranty, which covers labor and all parts used during installation. Most replacement companies provide only 10-15 years on their installation warranty and do not cover accidents on their products. But at BM Windows, we want customers who are satisfied with their windows for life, not just until the warranty period runs out. This award was given to us specifically for our excellence in customer service, which makes it especially gratifying, given that this is our main focus. We were one of only eight replacement window companies nationwide to receive a Dealer of the Year award.

Q: Please share some of your plans for the future. What are you focusing on for the remainder of 2016?
A: In 2016 we are planning to focus on maintaining our current high level of customer service. We recently expanded our offices and warehouse, roughly doubling our square footage, by moving to a new location within the same business park in which we were previously located. We now have a new showroom that our customers can visit and see our quality products and more room for customer consultations at our headquarters. However, we are still happy to come to our customers’ homes for free consultations.
Our team continues to grow, as more and more San Diego homeowners are calling us to upgrade their homes with new, energy-efficient windows and doors. We are looking forward to more satisfied BM Windows customers who refer us to their friends and family who also want improve their homes, and their quality of life, with high-quality replacement windows and doors.
