The Automotive industry’s number one goal is to streamline the supply chain. The industry knows the more they can streamline the supply chain, the more it will benefit their consumers. We are helping with that process.

Q: You’ve recently announced the release of Product Desk, a new Product Information Management (PIM) software solution, tell us something more?
A: Product Desk was developed based on demand from the Automotive Industry for such a solution. Traditionally companies relied on a massive spreadsheets to manage their product data, as most PIM’s were not cost effective because they do not understand the Automotive industry requirements. Or automotive companies relied on point solutions or disparate solutions. With our solution we centralize all aspects of product data and related information into one location. Product Desk is a simple, easy to use solution that can be hosted in the cloud or deployed on-premise. Product Desk combines very specific Automotive industry needs, along with unmatched simplicity to workflow automation. Our solution is un-matched in the Automotive industry when it comes to functionality. Q: Could you explain the function and advantages of Integration Desk?
A: Integration Desk allows companies to easily exchange data between enterprise business applications, servers, or databases. Data exchange at an enterprise level can be a complicated process. Integration Desk allows for simple connections to applications, data bases, and servers, then allows you to visually manage the data exchange process. With a constant monitoring system, Integration Desk ensures that the data exchange process occurs without error and as scheduled. Q: What are your plans for the first half of 2016?
A: We have an exciting product roadmap ahead for Product Desk both in the first and second halves of 2016, as well as some really exciting offerings around e-commerce. For Product Desk we are releasing our catalog functionality next week, as we are in May 2016. This is another game changer for the Automotive industry. We have automatic print catalog updates, revenue pagination analysis, and much much more. Plus, later this summer we will have more functionality around pricing and product lifecycle management. Again, game changing functionality for the Automotive industry. It’s functionality the industry has been asking for, we are simply listening to industry and working our best to improve what is already an amazing and world-class industry.

Q: What’s the best thing about Cellacore that people might not know about?
A: The best thing about Cellacore is our people! Yes, I know allot of companies say this as well. At Cellacore we are often humbled by how dedicated our people are to our clients. They truly go the extra mile. It’s not a sales pitch, it’s just the truth. It is top of mind with me today because I received an amazing phone call this morning from a client with rave reviews and accolades about one of our team members on how they stayed up late to help with a go-live and also sat through an end user training class. They did not need the training, but wanted to be up to date on everything they could for the client and the end users of the solution. That to me is something amazing when people are that dedicated. When your people are the best, it allows you to develop the best products as well. At the end of the day, people buy from people, so we want everyone to be treaded equally, with respect, and give it their best everyday. It’s what we like from our people and hope for that same treatment from our clients as well.
