Many employees of Central Roofing have been with the company since its conception and most employees have been part of the Central Family for more than a decade. Q: Who is your ideal customer and why?
A: Our ideal customer is a building owner with a flat roof. Central Roofing specializes in low-slope and flat roofing systems. Our most popular roof renovation system is a Title 24 compliant Cool Roof Energy Efficient Coating System. These systems not only extend the useful life of the roof for up to 20+ years, they benefit the owners and tenants by saving on energy costs as well as protecting the contents and valuable asset of the building itself. Central Roofing has consistently been one of the top applicators of these Cool Roof Systems with the coating manufacturers: Tropical Roof Coatings and APOC.

Q: What can we expect from you in next six months? What are your plans?
A: For the past 6 months, Central Roofing has installed over 85 Cool Roof Systems in the Los Angeles area. We plan on installing as many or more in the next 6 months, helping both building owners and the environment.
