Below is our interview with Thelton McMillian, the Founder & CEO of Comrade:
Q: Can you give us more insights into your services?
A: We provide customer research, digital strategy, service design, UX design, technology, and marketing services. Using design thinking, customer journey mapping, and iterative prototyping, we’re able to help organizations get new digital innovations to market efficiently and transform their culture and organization to deliver a differentiated customer experience.
Q: What geographic markets are you focusing on currently?
A: Our primary focus is North America, but we also serve clients in Asia and Europe.
Q: What are your plans for 2017?
A: We see the need for our clients to accelerate their digital transformation, continue to invest in a superior customer experience, and use data analytics to improve customer engagement, sales and marketing effectiveness. Therefore, we are investing in our capabilities in these areas to meet our clients’ ever-changing needs. For our financial services clients, we are developing full-stack technology capabilities and API approaches to help them take control of their customer and user experience. We are also going to build on our benchmarking success of the customer experience factors that drive adoption and usage of digital products and services, e.g. mobile banking, bill pay, etc.
