The review data is then processed through their Trending Topics feature, that processes the review data using natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning to analyze the text in the customer reviews. This analysis helps surface the most relevant keywords and attaches positive or negative sentiment to them in one, easy-to-understand word cloud.

Q: How does your solution perform in practice? What are the results?

A: The software uses natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning technology that dives deep into the review data to help surface the most relevant keywords and attaches positive or negative sentiment to them in one, easy-to-understand word cloud.

This feature called Trending Topics makes sense of unstructured data while surfacing invaluable customer insights which is not readily made available by traditional approaches in online reviews and feedback management.
