Drinkle is a business management web application that helps you organize all your business needs in one place. Here is our interview with Kapil Sriram founder of Drinkle:

Q: What is Drinkle?

A: Drinkle helps you organize all your business needs in one simple place. It allows you to create projects, add tasks and set due dates. You can discus and comment with anyone on the project. Drinkle also has a lead management system where you can add all the leads and track them according to their stages. Basically you can completely customize all the features according to your business needs.

Q: You have been running a web development company for last 3 years. Why have you decided to make a business management application?

A: I have been running Tomatofry, a web development company for the last 3 years and I’ve tried many business tools around the internet. I wanted to find app that suits my business needs, but it was almost impossible, sometimes I just wanted to drag few features from one tool to another. Some of the tools were almost good, but the design failed. I feel user interface and design are very important. Since I’ve experienced all this, I’ve decided to develop something new.

Q: There are many similar apps on the market, what makes Drinkle unique?

A: In today’s market there are many project management tools, CRM, stock management tools, online note making, online spread sheets etc. If you are using it for business purposes, for each of these tools, you need to create a different account, pay for each of them and finally there is no connection between them. That’s one more reason why I decided to make Drinkle.

Q: Tell us something more about Drinkle and its key features?

A: Drinkle has tools like Project Management where you can add projects or assign tasks to someone… Customer Relationship Management, where you can add your business leads as they come in and update their statuses, call logs, email logs… Stock Management – you can use it to manage stock for your products and to keep track of them. Drinkle has Notes, where you can write your ideas, guides… And finally it has Sheets, where you can create your own sheet with columns and rows and set data into it. It is helpful for saving repeated data of same type, like employee leaves, or passwords…

Q: What are your plans for the next six months?

A: For the next 6 months, we will focus on developing new features and expanding Drinkle. I am currently planning income/expense tracking tool and invoice management tool, that will be my priorities for the next 6 months.
