Q: Ross, could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to DRIVE™ Auto Products?
A: The average person spends 4 years of their life driving. We’re on a quest to make that time a little more enjoyable. DRIVE™ Auto Products is a company founded on the idea of making the driving experience a little better, by providing quality products with unique features. We seek to provide superior designs to the status quo by trying out a whole bunch of whacky stuff to see what works best, and many times based on suggestions from our very own clients and customers. DRIVE™ focuses on giving practical solutions for your everyday driving needs.
Q: You’ve recently announced the launch of your new car trunk organizer; tell us something more?
A: A big HIT! The new organizer we’ve designed not only has compartments to put the many pieces of your life in order but also contains tie down straps to keep it in one place. We have taken an already great concept and idea and made it better. It is the only one of its kind that has a built in harness system for locking in place in your trunk, back seat, or front seat. The early response from customers has been overwhelmingly positive so we couldn’t be more excited. One thing we pride ourselves as a company is NOT cutting corners on quality. Our trunk organizer has exceptionally strong walls and dividers so it can withstand the normal wear and tear of kids, meetings, work and well just life in general.

Q: Could you tell us something more about your popular DRIVE Bin™ product series?
A: The DRIVE Bin™ product has come a long way with the help of great customer feedback and our own internal think tank. It was one of our first products to launch but people seem to loving it more and more as it progresses. It’s a series of colors and sizes of car trash cans that mount nearly anywhere in your car. We’ve not only included exterior cinches to prop up your plastic garbage liners to keep from caving in, but we give you the 20-pack of our custom size recyclable ones that fit like a glove. Hang it around your center console, your glove box, behind the headrest, this versatile soft sided bin fits in tight places so that it is up and out of the way. But yet still accessible enough for your cold drinks (as a cooler) or loose trash and wrappers (as a wastebasket).

Q: What motivates customers to stay with the company?
A: Any one can buy a car product, but one thing we feel that allows us to stand out amongst the rest is many of our products you can simply can’t get anywhere else. Eighty percent of our stuff is totally unique, and most will stay that way because of the patents and IP protection we have. Competitors are trying to get at the designs, but for now you can only get it here. Another thing might sound cliche’ but I was adamant about setting up a professional support team with a personality and heart for our customers. We check in on every single order, and reading and responding to each message is a bright spot in many of our work sessions. With quality products, why wouldn’t you have quality service? A: We have had such great support from our customer base over the past year, it has truly been a pleasure watching the growth and developing customer relationships, developing cool and unique products. We hope to keep it up, and to keep coming up with new stuff. The operation values efficiency so we can keep costs down, and so the infrastructure is already set in a way that we’re expecting big things in 2017 and beyond to address daily nuances that plague our clients during their car ride. Some of our newest ideas for 2017 right now include an our spin on a Back Seat Cover for Dogs to sit on which will feature a pet friendly clear viewfinder to see their owners in the front seat, and also a top secret design enhance for of our tried and true Car Seat Protector for Child Safety Seats.
