Q: How did the idea behind Qrvey come about?
A: I come from the data analytics world: founding Logi Analytics prior to Qrvey. Qrvey is an analytics platform that enables non-technical users collecting and analyzing feedback data (i.e., semi-structured data) and then automating follow-up actions quicker and easier than ever. While there are many solutions in the market that do a good job in collecting data, mostly fall short in analytics and automation.
Q: Could you please give us more insights into Qrvey’s online survey platform?
A: Qrvey disrupts the online survey space because it takes on the responsibility of what happens to the data collected by feedback mechanisms. In other words, feedback collection entails feedback analysis which also entails the automation of other activities based on feedback. Most survey or feedback companies don’t find it within their scope to do anything with the data once it’s collected but Qrvey does.

Q: What are the main benefits of using Qrvey’s platform? How is it different than existing platforms?
A: The main benefit that Qrvey offers, which no other platform on the market currently offers, is the ability to work with your collected data after it’s gathered in one place: you can analyze and also automate actions based on it right in our platform. This holistic approach to feedback is what makes Qrvey stand out, and in fact, disrupt the “survey” space. In the same vein, Qrvey’s multi-app approach also caters to companies who need different types of surveys (traditional surveys, polls, NPS, quiz) all in one place. It’s a one-stop shop for all types of feedback collection needs.
Q: You’ve recently announced a $1.2 million Seed funding round; what are your plans?
A: The money will be spent mainly on R&D as well as marketing.

Q: How hard is to implement Qrvey’s platform into apps & websites?
A: Qrvey is purpose-built for integration. It’s quite easy to implement Qrvey’s platform into applications or websites. Those interested in embedding the API can do so within a few days—even just one. Our customers don’t have to spend their own developers’ resources on implementing a feedback mechanism. To incorporate our applications as a widget or in-context, you just need a few minutes. We make sure it is accessible to non-data geeks!
