Q: Eric, how would you describe ERPLY in your own words?

A: ERPLY is enterprise-grade retail software made available to everyone. It’s a feature-rich platform that includes POS, Inventory, customer CRM, and retail ERP (enterprise resource planning). ERPLY is also an open platform, built for integration. Our clients can easily integrate with other software using our open API, ready made integrations, and migration tools.

Q: Data protection and hacking threats are big issues right now, so how does ERPLY protect customer data?

A: Firstly, ERPLY is fully compliant with Canadian PIPEDA data security laws. But in fact we go above and beyond that – nearly 50% of ERPLY’s budget is spent on safety measures. This includes 24/7 human-controlled data systems, high security physical locations for data centers, full control over physical equipment, encrypted data transfers, detailed auditing, and strict backup procedures.

Q: It’s great to see a dedicated Canadian office and team. Why was this a priority?

A: We have established ourselves in the US where we have 100,000 stores using our platform, including Walt Disney, Elizabeth Arden, and The Athlete’s Foot. Canada, with its strong retail and eCommerce sector, was the next logical step for ERPLY. Having a dedicated Canada team means that we can guarantee the best service to our clients here.

Q: What makes ERPLY a good choice?
