A: IntelligenceBank’s Web-to-Print feature makes it easy for marketing departments to control their brand AND give local retailer branches, partners or other stakeholders the flexibility to edit specified areas of creative InDesign files. Here’s how it works:
1. Install our web-to-print plugin, and determine which elements can be edited on your InDesign templates. Templates can be for print or digital creative.

3. Enable your partners, colleagues or even retail staff to make minor, controlled edits, such as changing a logo, copy or colors that you determine.

Q: Who is your ideal customer and why?

A: At IntelligenceBank, we work with customers both large and small, so it’s not about the size of the organization, but rather, how much sharing of digital asset management files the company needs to do with other parties. For instance, we work with large, global travel companies who need to put processes around their digital assets and creative while interacting with literally thousands of travel agencies around the world. On the reverse, we have small companies who had a distribution network of 50 resellers who need access to product shots and advertising. Both companies would need IntelligenceBank DAM to save time and money ,but on different levels.

Q: What can we expect from IntelligenceBank in next six months?

A: Since we are passionate about helping people with their marketing processes, and ultimately making their lives easy in doing so – the roadmap ahead for us is all about integrations. We have a robust API that many of our clients use to integrate their IntelligenceBank with internal systems such as product libraries, sharepoint and other. We also have a DAM Connector with Sitecore CMS which has been a huge success in saving marketers hundreds of hours a week by integrating their website with their media library. So in the next six months, making it even easier to integrate IntelligenceBank DAM with a customer’s marketing stack will be a key area of focus. Another integration that will be launched is on-the-fly translations into 40 different languages, so all of a customer’s users can have a great experience with the software.
