Q: What are your plans for 2017 as you head into your second year?

A: We endeavor to reach the customer that doesn’t indulge in personal pleasure and is unaware of the possibilities. By enabling and empowering people to connect and re-connect with both their partners and themselves we hope to open up the communication surrounding pleasure.

To raise awareness, we will run extensive advertising and marketing campaigns, in addition to connecting with brand ambassadors, influencers and celebrities. We intend to use our expertise to help make America sexy again.

Our team of experts has searched the globe to discover the most satisfying experiences delivered through high-quality products, not only to enhance our most intimate moments, but also provide everything needed for well-being and a ravishing appearance.

If there’s one thing that 2016 has taught many of us, it’s that it helps to have a way to calm our minds. I have read before that in one study, researchers found daily intercourse for two weeks led to cell growth in the part of the brain that keeps stress levels under control. Thus the path to happiness starts at home in the comfort of the bedroom and in 2017 our goal is to reach the sexually deprived and extend a helping hand.

Q: How would you convince the reader to start using Ella Paradis?

A: Simple. We ask them one question: “Are you as happy as you will ever be with your intimate life?” The answer is almost always no, and that’s where Ella Paradis comes in.

Q: Are you seeing an increase in sex toys and intimacy products overall? If so, please explain.

A: Yes, we have seen an increase in awareness and, as a result, an increase in products. Not only with sex toys, but overall merchandise to enhance intimate lifestyles. Sexual and sensual wellness is becoming increasingly important as part of an overall happy lifestyle.

The other day while walking through the feminine products aisle of Walgreens doing my market research, I noticed they are now selling vibration rings and erection rings, which are some of the least visibly sensual items a couple can use. It says a lot about how far the market is evolving in terms of visibility and awareness and this makes me optimistic for the future of what we’re doing as a brand at EllaParadis.

Progressive media like Cosmopolitan, Sex and the City and Fifty Shades of Grey have opened up the conversation about a fulfilled love life. We have found that women in particular are looking for new and better ways to have a fulfilled love life – single or in a relationship.

Q: How are you seeing the market evolve over the past few years and what is Ella Paradis doing to maintain newness to consumers?

A: Sex, intimacy and personal pleasure are not topics currently covered by other stores in our space. Similar to what Victoria’s Secret did for women and lingerie, our brand wants people to feel empowered to take control of their sex lives. You aren’t happy with the intimacy in your relationship, you can fix that and if you don’t have time for a relationship but would still like to orgasm, you can fix that too. Whatever your lifestyle, Ella Paradis is focused on making happiness and pleasure accessible to everyone because that’s the way it should be.
