Below is our interview with Sven Hock, CEO & Co-founder at Service Partner ONE:

Q: Sven, how did you come up with the idea to found Service Partner ONE?

A: As a consultant for Fortune 500 companies I’ve worked in offices around the world. I’ve experienced how convenient it is to work in offices that are provided with food, drinks and other services. In the US it has become important for companies to make office work more pleasant in order to keep their employees happy and productive – especially in highly competitive industries that are constantly trying to attract the best talents. When I came back to Europe I saw that such services are usually only provided in really big offices, while a service provider with a comprehensive solution for small and medium sized companies was still missing.

Q: Please tell us, how do you ,,Make offices happy“?

A: We’ve created the first digital multi-service platform for office management that makes the office managers’ jobs easier and more efficient. We provide a SaaS solution that acts as a central point of contact for all matters relating to the office: from cleaning, delivery of fruit and drinks through to coffee machines, water dispensers, office supplies and craftsmen. Everything comes from a single source, compiled in one monthly invoice.

Q: What are the main benefits of using Service Partner ONE’s services? How do you attract customers?

A: Office managers rely on our curated marketplace to get the best handpicked professional suppliers, without going through the trouble to search and compare different offers and deal with different invoices at the end of the month. Thanks to our SaaS solution they always have a complete overview of things that are being done and we facilitate communication with the cleaners: Office managers can leave them notes in the iPad (e. g. about certain areas that need special cleaning) and directly comment on the quality of their work, when they come back to the office the next morning. We’re always in the loop and make sure our clients get the best quality.

Q: You’ve recently announced a $10 million series A funding round; what’s your next step?

A: The new funding will support us in growing further. We’re currently providing our services in five German cities and in London. We will soon open new offices across Europe.
