Q: Who are the primary clients of CKR Interactive and what are some of the key challenges you are helping them solve?

A: Our clients typically fall into five industries [Healthcare, Biotech/Pharma (includes Medical Devices), Technology, Financial Services and Retail/Hospitality]. Some of our long-time clients include: Genentech, Roche Group, Edwards Lifesciences, NetApp, Genesis HealthCare and Mount Sinai Health System. Challenges include: employer branding, social recruiting strategies, interactive solutions like augmented reality, career website development and metrics/analytics.

Q: Could you tell us something more about your solutions?

A: We take a scientific approach to recruiting through our own metrics application, Reqmetrics that captures the data points that measure your return on investment, including clicks to applies, source of hire, cost of hire and more. In addition we have developed a new format for job descriptions with our Visual Job Descriptions product. Beyond our technology approach to marketing, our core competencies include media strategies, including social media, employer branding and creative executions.

It’s no longer a marketing shotgun approach, but more succinct targeting that gets better and more cost-effective results. In addition, mobile-responsive tools that offer a better candidate experience, as well as career path tools and companies that offer student loans re-payments are coming into play.
