Q: What’s TOIBOT’s story? How did TOIBOT start?
A: The TOIBOT’s story began accidentally. My partner, Daniel Tokarev and myself were sitting at his place and watched a TV show that reveled the most innovative tech and gadgets for that time (it was 2.5 years ago). When the show ended, Daniel went to the toilet. Few minutes later he came back with spark in his eyes and with a confused voice he pointed out something like- ‘it can’t be, we’ve just witness the most innovative tech, how come people still cleaning their toilets with this repulsive brush?’
It took me about 30 seconds to start sketching what later will be our prototype. Since then we’ve tried various implementations and different ideas until we got to this point.

Q: What makes TOIBOT a good choice?
A: One of the greatest development’s challenges was how to make TOIBOT uncontaminated. For obvious reasons, I can’t tell too much but eventually – we did it. Nothing can get stick to it, neither bacteria nor anything else.
We had few tasks when designing the solution-
1. Easy and simple installation (anyone can put it on the toilets rim)
2. No power output is needed (works on batteries)
3. Full and comprehensive toilets cleaning and disinfecting.
We have accomplished all our tasks successfully.
TOIBOT is another link in the chain of humanity progress. We cannot accept the fact that the same method of toilet’s cleaning that was relevant 90 (!) years ago is still suitable for the contemporary days. I sincerely believe that within 4-6 years we will see TOIBOT in almost every toilet in the western world’s countries. Otherwise, people will look at you as if you are a Neanderthal…

Q: What geographic markets are you focusing on currently?
A: Our penetrating market is the USA – it is huge market that appreciates innovation. There are many potential ‘early adapters’ customers who look for the next big gadget. Additionally, our researches had showed us that the German, Polish, UK and the Japanese markets have strong awareness for automatic toilet’s cleaning solutions. We already have few serious proposals from distributes in those regions.
Q: What is priority #1 of the business at the moment?
A: These weeks TOIBOT completes its seed financing round. With that capital we will make the adjustments to mass production and will get our crowd funding campaign ready.
Q: What are your plans for 2017?
A: Our plans for 2017 are to deliver the first units to our website and crowed funding subscribers, to positioning TOIBOT as the ultimate solution for toilet’s cleaning and start developing Gen 2.0 of TOIBOT.
