Q: Tell us something more about VoIP Innovations, your history and services you offer?

A: Our company was established in 2007 and since then we have been one of the key players in the VoIP industry. We are owned by ABG Capital, a forward thinking business management and funding company who has both stability and a proven track record of consistent growth. The Provisioning, Support, and Billing teams we have developed at VoIP Innovations bring over 20 years of telecommunications experience to the table. They are committed to delivering the best quality of service and the lowest possible price and no one else in the industry does it better than we do.

The key to our success has been offering choice, automation, and manageability in the effort of saving our customers time on their daily and operational Wholesale VoIP processes. Through our industry leading BackOffice platform, Titanium III, we have been able to accomplish this. With our BackOffice, we are able to provide Wholesale VoIP Origination, Termination, E911, Hosted Billing, and Fraud Detection services, as well as thousands of DIDs.

Q: You’ve recently announced partnership with 3CX, tell us something more?

A: This partnership enables the companies to leverage each other’s best-in-class VoIP solutions to better serve channel partners and their end-users. After successfully passing the interoperability test, which proved that our services are 100% compatible with 3CX, each company was added to the other’s platform giving all customers access to both solutions.

Q: What advantage does VoIP Innovations have over its competitors?

A: We save our customers time. By developing our robust BackOffice we have created a platform that allows customers to easily manage their VoIP services in one spot. Q: Could you explain the function and advantages of the Titanium III BackOffice compared to similar solutions?

Those three things are what our BackOffice boils down to and by taking care of those things, our customers can focus on the more important aspects of their business rather than the time consuming day-to-day operations. Some highlights of the BackOffice include:

  • Choosing your carrier based on a unique Carrier Ranking System we developed
  • Manage your DIDs by purchasing on an as needed basis, choose DIDs based on carrier and carrier ranking, and customize DID features in real-time
  • Create organized Groups for DIDs, E911, and Endpoints that help you manage costs by looking at a Cost Per Group view.
  • Organize Groups into a single Client view to analyze individual customer cost, usage, services, profit, and other metrics. Stay in control of your customers with a flexible process for orders, changes, and cancellations.
  • The Brandable End User Portal give the resellers’ customers the power to manage their own services. The reseller controls what the end users can view and manage and they have the ability to add, edit, or delete services as well as using the porting and ticketing management features.

Q: What are your plans for the future?
