Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to Air Solution LLC?
A: Air Solution was founded in 2019 with the intent of bringing the best practices of hospital insurance billing to the air ambulance industry. Q: Can you give us more insights into your services?
A: We work very closely with our clients from the moment they get a request for a flight that might involve insurance reimbursement. With our proprietary evaluation techniques, we can give our clients assurance that if they fly, they will get reimbursed. We are also able to review backlog claims of new clients to see if we are able to obtain payment and from that analysis, we can give our clients an assessment of how their operations need to change to optimize insurance reimbursement. In addition, we have the leading appeals attorney for air ambulance claims as a part of our team which ensures that our clients will be paid even when stonewalled by the insurance company.
Q: Who is your ideal client and why?
A: Our ideal client is flying two to three times per week on insurance-related flights and has either never pursued insurance claims or done it poorly. We partner with our clients and are with them to ensure that they are paid for the vital service they perform.

Q: What can we expect from Air Solution in the next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: With the addition of Ryan Hawley as our business development executive, we plan significant growth in 2021 and beyond. We forecast a 500% increase in revenue in 2021 and doubling again in 2022. We feel there is a unique opportunity as the leading firm in our niche has suffered significantly from the COVID pandemic and many clients are looking for a firm to take their place. As travel increases across the globe, we are uniquely positioned to grow.
In the near future, we also plan on partnering with a charting solution to allow us to become more integrated with our clients and help them capture the data needed to optimize reimbursement of insurance-related air ambulance flights.
