Q: Raphi, what are some of the biggest lessons you’ve learned in business?
A: One of the biggest lessons I have learned is to always go with your gut. If something doesn’t feel right, act on it. Another lesson is to always believe in what you’re doing. Those beginning reasons and desires that start your business is what you hold on to. You have to keep that vision in line and follow it.
Q: What inspires you the most?
A: Our valued clients, their feedback and special stories that they share with us really inspires all of us at Allurez. Seeing our loyal clients come back to us time after time and refer their friends and family to us is truly inspiring.
Q: Anyone can win stunning gemstone color earrings on your website. What does it take to join? What are the rules?
A: By submitting their email, they can enter to win pieces or save on their purchases. We offer many loyalty programs that clients can easily join by accessing it on our website.
Q: What are you most excited about in the industry now and what future trends are you expecting to see?
A: It is exciting to see that clients are purchasing different stone shapes and styles for their engagement rings. The trend that we have begun to see are clients who are incorporating gemstones into their engagement rings, which usually represents the birth-stone of their loved ones. We believe this trend will continue to become more popular.

A: You can expect to see many new designs from Allurez, as well as new and innovative ways to make the online jewelry shopping easier and more convenient for our clients. Q: When did you first become interested in fashion/jewelry?
A: I discovered that most jewelry sold in stores are made overseas with inferior quality to jewelry made in the USA, and are sold at higher prices. Therefore, I became interested in changing that and that is how Allurez was born.
Q: Do you have any guidelines when it comes to choosing gemstone jewelry?
A: A guideline to choosing gemstone jewelry is to find a gemstone with meaning, perhaps a birthstone of the person whom a client is purchasing for. If there is a specific color one preferes, we would suggest starting there as well. We also offer an education page on our website where clients can find guidelines for choosing the perfect gemstone jewelry.

Q: Raphi, if you could start all over again, what, if anything, would you do differently?
A: I love what I do and I would do it all over again. I wouldn’t do anything differently, because I believe everything needed to happen the way it did for Allurez to be exactly as successful as it is right now. Those lessons, that path was absolutely necessary in order for its success.

Q: The warm weather is out now, what’s popular to wear these days when it comes to jewelry?
A: Warmer weather brings out lighter jewelry pieces, thus we see our clients buying more lighter pieces to stack. Diamond station necklaces, birthstone rings, initial pendants, and of course our engagement rings are popular all year round.
Q: Is there any ongoing sale available on your website?
A: We design, manufacture and sell our fine jewelry direct to consumer and so are prices are already much lower than traditional retailers as we do not have the markups that they have. However, we do offer promotions throughout the year.
Q: There is also a free shipping available, is that right? Do you ship internationally?
A: There is free shipping within the United States and we do ship internationally.
