Q: Tell us more about your collections; what makes them special?
A: At Allurez we have the best designers in the industry. We always come up with new designs that cannot be found anywhere else. We also get a lot of inspiration from our clients and we always try to design new pieces that our clients would like.
Q: Can you briefly walk us through the steps customers experience when creating a custom jewelry design?
A: At Allurez custom jewelry design is our specialty. We can create almost any piece that a customer would like. A client can eaither ask us to modify an existing item they see on our website to their desired taste, or they can send us a sketch of a piece they would like us to make for them. The process is very simple and streamlined.

Q: What kinds of financing options do you provide to your customers?
A: At Allurez we try to make the shopping experience as easy as possible and to make it possible for all our customers to shop from us even if they do not have the funds available. We offer financing through Affirm, as well as the option to split your payments through your credit card by using SplitIt. Lastly we also offer a simple and convenient layaway option.
Q: What are your customers saying about you? Are they happy?
A: Our clients love us. In fact we have the highest customer satisfaction rate in the industry. Our clients always come back to us and refer their friends and family to us. At Allurez we have very high standards and we always go above and beyond to make sure that every single client is truly satisfied.
