Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?

Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement (if any)?
A: We’ve been growing fast, and have achieved a number of crucial company milestones over the past several years that have really positioned NetReputation at the forefront of the industry. We not only acquired a longtime competitor in 2020 (InternetReputation), but also moved into a new, much larger company headquarters, opened an all-new London office, doubled our workforce and rapidly expanded our global client portfolio and footprint. All this despite the challenges of a global pandemic!
These developments have also helped broaden our service suite and client service capability, bringing even more in-depth experience and tech innovation to our industry-leading ORM model.
Q: Can you give us insights into your products?
A: NetReputation ORM, branding and monitoring services are built on proven digital methods and technology and tailored toward the unique needs and goals of each client. Each reputation management campaign begins with an in-depth online audit. Once we understand your online situation, we design your campaign to remove threats, clear up search results and improve visibility in as little time as possible.
While each reputation management solution is different, a NetReputation ORM campaign typically includes elements of negative content removal, SEO, search engine suppression, social media management, content development and continuous monitoring. Business reputation solutions often include such additional aspects of review management and branding to ensure stronger customer connections.
Q: What are some of the main objectives for your company in the year ahead and how do you plan to achieve them?
A: 2021 has been an incredible year for the NetReputation family, and one of our main goals is to keep that success going and continue increasing our impact in the reputation management space. We’ve made some great additions to our leadership team and our staff over the past year, and we believe those hires will continue to empower growth and reach in the months and year ahead.
The flow and impact of online information are more important than ever, and there’s never been a bigger demand for reputation and brand management services than there is now. It also shows no signs of tapering off any time soon.
That said, we’re prepared to take on that increasing demand and be the go-to resource for reputation services and support for this year and beyond. We have processes and personnel in place to manage that influx and adapt whenever the internet and client needs change.
