Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?

A: Oliver Bookkeeping Solutions was founded to help small business owners stay financially organized, compliant, and confident. I handle day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting so my clients can focus on running and growing their businesses instead of stressing over numbers. I consider myself a partner to them, not just their “bookkeeper”.

Q: Can you tell us something more about your latest announcement?

A: I have been keeping books for years for myself and others. Also, I wanted to expand my focus to more people. I enjoy helping and working with people to make their figures make sense. I don’t just balance books — I explain them. Clients never feel embarrassed asking questions, and I make sure they actually understand what their numbers mean.

Q: What are your plans for the chance to connect with people in the next 12 months?

A: Over the next 12 months, I plan to intentionally grow my bookkeeping business by building genuine, relationship-based connections with small business owners and other professionals. I plan to actively participate in local and online small-business communities, attend networking events, and connect with entrepreneurs who could, day to day, benefit from reliable, personalized bookkeeping support.

I also plan to strengthen relationships with existing clients by maintaining consistent communication, providing proactive support, and being a trusted resource rather than just a service provider. By educating clients and prospects through conversations, referrals, and helpful content, I aim to position my business as approachable, knowledgeable, and dependable.

Additionally, I plan to build strategic relationships with accountants, tax professionals, and business coaches to create referral partnerships that support mutual growth. Overall, my focus for the next year is to thoughtfully expand my network, make meaningful connections, and grow my bookkeeping business through trust, value, and community.

Q: What is the best thing about your organization that people might not know about?

A: I specialize in working with small businesses and solo entrepreneurs, so I understand cash flow challenges, inconsistent income, and the realities of running a business day to day. I have been in their shoes and know what it’s like in business to go through feast or famine. Owning and running your own business is hard and a full-time job. I can help with some of the stress.
