Below is our recent interview with Mine Bayrak Ozmen, Co-Founder & CMO at Rierino:

Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your platform?

A: Rierino is an enterprise-grade low-code development platform designed for real execution and is built from the ground up to support composable systems, intelligent automation, and AI agent orchestration. Our mission is to help technical teams go beyond interface-level customization and truly transform how backend logic and cross-system workflows are managed, especially in complex or regulated environments.

Instead of offering visual shortcuts with limited depth, Rierino combines developer-level control with low-code speed, making it easier to build, extend, and govern mission-critical applications. We support a wide range of industries, from digital commerce and public sector services to telecom and B2B platforms, helping them accelerate modernization while preserving compliance, performance, and scalability.

Q: What makes your platform the best choice? How are you unique?

A: Many low-code tools promise simplicity, but they often fall short when real-world complexity enters the picture. Rierino was built specifically to fill this gap.

What sets us apart is our execution-first mindset. We don’t treat AI or automation as UI add-ons, instead, we embed orchestration and logic execution directly into the platform. This makes Rierino uniquely capable of powering AI agents, not just generating prompts or content. Our users can define autonomous agents that carry out actions across systems—whether that’s automating multilingual content, verifying vendors, or triggering conditional workflows.

We’re also fully composable: our modules for commerce, PIM, CMS, and integration are plug-and-play, and all are built on the same core low-code foundation. Teams can deploy only what they need, then extend, localize, or govern it as required, without being locked into rigid templates or vendor limitations.

Ultimately, we give enterprises the agility of low-code, the control of custom code, and the intelligence of AI—all in one secure and scalable platform.

Q: Who is your ideal client and why?

A: Our ideal client is a forward-thinking enterprise typically in industries like ecommerce, public services, telecom, or banking, looking to modernize legacy processes, unify fragmented systems, or launch new digital services faster.

These organizations often face friction in adapting quickly to change because their current platforms were not built with adaptability in mind. That’s where Rierino provides the flexibility, composability, and governance needed to evolve infrastructure incrementally, while empowering teams to take advantage of AI and automation safely.

Whether it’s a government entity building citizen service flows, a large-scale marketplace automating product data quality, or a telecom scaling self-service platforms, our platform meets them where they are and gives them tools to build what’s next.

Q: What can we expect from you in the next 6 months? What are your plans?

A: In the coming months, we’re focused on making Rierino even more accessible to technical teams through expanded self-service channels. Following our launch on AWS Marketplace, we’ll be introducing additional packages that support advanced development and specialized modules, enabling enterprises to get started faster with vertical use cases. Whether it’s a lightweight evaluation or a focused deployment, teams will be able to explore and scale the platform directly within their existing cloud environments.

We’ve also recently opened our Lisbon office, which marks a strategic step in our European expansion. With members of our founding team now based locally, we’re investing in product delivery, partner enablement, and customer success across Southern and Western Europe. Lisbon joins our active presence in regions like Benelux as part of a broader commitment to serve cross-border enterprises with high standards for governance, security, and execution.

On the product side, we’ll continue to evolve our AI Agent Builder and orchestration capabilities. Our focus is on giving teams more control over how agents are defined, contextualized, and executed across backend systems, making it easier to embed intelligence in day-to-day operations while maintaining full transparency and governance.

Q: What is the best thing about your platform and company that people might not know about?

A: What surprises many enterprise teams is how quickly Rierino adapts to their existing infrastructure. Unlike platforms that force a total rebuild or impose rigid models, Rierino can plug into what teams already have, whether it’s legacy systems, third-party APIs, or custom middleware, and orchestrate logic across them using visual flows, embedded code, or AI agents.

Also, while we’re a tech company at heart, we operate with the mindset of a partner, not just a platform. With a background in strategy and technology consulting, our founding team spent years working with complex digital transformation initiatives, helping global enterprises modernize at scale. That experience shaped how we designed Rierino: not just as a developer tool, but as a system that reflects real-world business logic, compliance needs, and cross-team collaboration. One of our clients once told us that what made us different was how we “combined business acumen with technical expertise”—something they rarely found in technology vendors.

And while AI capabilities have become a marketing checkbox for most platforms, Rierino has been building in this space long before the hype. We were the first low-code platform to offer embedded machine learning capabilities back in 2020, enabling data-driven logic directly within orchestrations. More recently, our architectural approach made us one of the earliest platforms to support agentic AI: not just embedding AI features, but executing full agent flows across backend systems. For us, AI isn’t a bolt-on—it’s part of how the system runs, adapts, and delivers outcomes.
