Below is our recent interview with Robb Fahrion, Founder & CEO at Flying V Group:

Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your business?

A: Flying V Group is a digital marketing and advertising agency based in Newport Beach, California. We build profitable marketing machines and systems designed to generate predictable, measurable growth for our clients across the full digital spectrum. That means website strategy, SEO, GEO, Google Ads, Meta advertising, content creation, and social media. The pinnacle is when they are all working together as one cohesive engine.

We bootstrapped Flying V Group in 2016 with a consulting-first mentality: understand the business deeply, identify the real problem, then solve it with precision. That hasn’t changed. What has changed is the sophistication of the tools available and our ability to deploy them at a level most agencies aren’t operating at yet.

Q: Can you tell us something more about your services?

A: Everything we do starts with an intimate understanding of the business. We want to know about the competitive landscape, the unit economics, and the growth goals. We are not here to sell packages. We are here to build custom strategies and engines.

Our core services span SEO and GEO, paid media advertising across Google and Meta, content creation at scale, social media management, and website development as the foundational platform for everything else. Increasingly, we’re also working at the intersection of AI and marketing. We are helping clients intelligently deploy emerging tools to improve performance, accelerate demand generation, and create real efficiencies across their marketing and sales operations.

The through line in everything we do is performance instead of vanity metrics. Actual business outcomes defined by Monthly Recurring Net Income (MRNI) ideology.

Q: What are your plans for next 12 months?

A: Acceleration. We’ve built an incredibly strong foundation over the last several years, and the last six months in particular have shown us what’s possible when the right systems, the right team, and the right tools are all operating together at a high level.

Over the next 12 months, the focus is scaling what’s working. We want to deepen our AI capabilities, expand our client base in key verticals, and continue to push the standard for what a modern digital marketing agency can deliver. We’re also growing our thought leadership presence through content, podcasts, and press because the businesses we want to work with need to see us doing exactly what we preach.

The opportunity in front of us is significant. We intend to take full advantage of it.

Q: What is the best thing about your organization that people might not know about?

A: The culture. From the outside, people see the results and the flashy objects in the client wins or case studies. What they don’t see is the internal environment that makes all of that possible.

We celebrate each other constantly. We hold each other accountable. We’ve built a global, remote and in-person team structured around bringing in the best talent at the best value — and the people who are part of this organization genuinely care about the work and about each other.

That culture is not accidental. It’s something we’ve been intentional about from day one. And it’s the reason our clients experience what one of them described as a Four Seasons level of service. It starts with how we treat each other internally. Everything else flows from that.
