Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?

A: The DiGiovanni Group is a commercial real estate and investment property group. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, and led by Ryan DiGiovanni, it is committed to building long-term relationships with its partners. It represents clients in diverse real estate asset and development classes.

Focused squarely on growth, the company provides an unsurpassed level of service and dedication to its clients and their needs. Q: Can you give us more insights into what makes your company unique?

A: An award-winning expert in the real estate field, the DGV Investments CEO and HomeVestors franchisee dedicates hours to continuing education as he navigates through every project he completes. He is a part of the Counselors of Real Estate and is now a preferred developer for Starbucks. As of 2023, real estate investor and developer DiGiovanni has purchased over 850 properties. Throughout his busy career in real estate, he spends hours educating himself with business coach Doug Winnie.

Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?

A: The DiGiovanni Group is currently building a freestanding Starbucks in Richmond, Texas. Adjacent to a new retail shopping center, the site is at the gateway to Downtown Richmond. Once complete, it will represent a significant focal point in the city’s heart.

Q: What can we expect from your company in the next six months? What are your plans?

A: In the next six months, you will see many more of our “coming soon’’ signs in Houston and surrounding areas. We are in acquisition mode and will have a large number of new developments with nation-level tenants.

Q: What are some of the main objectives for your company in the year ahead, and how do you plan to achieve them?

A: We are tenant driven and make it a priority to deliver on time and within budget. When our tenants win, we win!

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?

A: The best thing about our company is we make it a significant focus to operate with high integrity.
