A: Cleaning Company of America is the largest privately-owned commercial cleaning company in South Florida, with our headquarters located in West Palm Beach. We offer a wide range of cleaning services, including daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialty cleaning for various types of commercial properties – primarily Class-A Office buildings and dealerships. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality services to our clients while also maintaining strong relationships with our partners.

Q: Can you give us more insights into what makes your company unique?

A: What makes our company unique is our dedication to providing exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients. We understand that each client’s needs are unique, so we work closely with them to tailor our services to meet their specific requirements. Additionally, we have partnerships with some of the most prestigious automotive brands, which demonstrates our commitment to excellence and attention to detail.

A: We have acquired several new accounts over the past year.

A: Our company offers a variety of cleaning services, including daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and specialty cleaning for various types of commercial properties. We also provide customized cleaning solutions tailored to meet each client’s specific needs.

Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?

A: In the next 6 months, we plan to expand our services to new markets and new locations while also continuing to provide exceptional service to our existing clients. Additionally, we will be implementing new marketing strategies to increase our brand awareness and attract new customers.

Q: What are some of the main objectives for your company in the year ahead and how do you plan to achieve them?

A: As the Marketing Director of Cleaning Company of America and its subsidiary Janeco Building Maintenance, my main objectives for the year ahead would be to increase the company’s revenue and customer base, while maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients and partners.

To achieve these objectives, I plan to continue designing and implementing effective marketing strategies that include print and online advertising, social media marketing, and maintaining a professional website that showcases our services and attracts new clients. I also intend to work closely with our sales team to acquire new accounts and follow up with potential clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

In terms of recruitment, I will focus on finding and hiring the best possible candidates for our team, as they play a critical role in maintaining our high standards of quality and customer service. This will involve using online job posting platforms such as Ziprecruiter, Craigslist, and Indeed to attract a wide pool of candidates, as well as conducting thorough interviews and background checks to ensure that we hire only the most qualified and trustworthy individuals.

My main objective is to continue growing and expanding the company’s presence in the South Florida and Orlando markets, while providing exceptional service to our clients and maintaining strong relationships with our partners.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?

A: We have no sales people! We operate solely on word-of-mouth, our boots-on-the-ground approach, and good business.
