Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: We are one of the only modern carriers who are not charging peak season surcharges. That’s unprecedented in the logistics industry.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: Brands no longer have to choose a great delivery experience at a high cost vs a standard delivery experience at a low cost. They can have a great delivery experience with a 99% OTD rate at close to ground rates.
Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: We are a privately-held company, so we don’t provide future plans or goals at this time.
Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: We have 100% retention of our customers and more than half of them are building us into their future plans as they grow and increase their capacity.
