Q: What is Boost Words?

A: Boost Words is a full service Google & Facebook Ad management team, we use machine learning and AI to optimize ad campaigns to get better conversion results from their ad spend. Our software is used internally by our campaign managers currently, however over the next 12 months we are rolling it out as in a SaaS model and making it available to other agencies, individual business owners as well as large corporations with big in-house teams.

Q: Can you give us insights into your services?

A: Our algorithms are based on 15+ years of experience in managing Google & Facebook ads for clients ranging from small local businesses to large scale e-commerce operations.

We have been able to consistently improve acquisition costs by as much as 40% in many cases and helped countless businesses scale their marketing campaigns while maintaining or improving their acquisition costs.

Q: How does AI fit into the future of marketing?

A: AI is able to analyze extremely large sets of data and make decisions much more accurately than a human can. Especially with something like Google Ads, where they are a dozen ways to adjust bids up or down based on things like time of day, location, demographics, device type and income levels of your targeted customers.

There are many campaign managers that do this well, we are some of them, however AI takes the accuracy of decision making to a whole new level as the math it uses is extremely complex.

Humans often make decisions based on emotion or intuition, in marketing however the decisions must be made based on data. When human emotion is removed from the equation, the results are truly amazing.

Q: What is content marketing and why is it important to understand how to use it as a business owner?

A: Content marketing is telling your story to the world. Every business has a story, by showing your potential customers the human side of your business you can connect with them on a deeper level.

Good marketing creates relationships with its targeted customers. It makes your business or product relatable and it connects with people emotionally.

Our AI helps identify influencer targets and hot topics with which content can be created at the right time so that the right people will find it.

Q: What are your plans for the future?

A: We are very excited for the future and how our software will help businesses grow. Our passion is to see our clients scale their business, and to have been a part of their success. We are not in the marketing business, we are in the relationship business. The bonds that we aim to create with our clients is much more fulfilling than the revenue that it generates.

We are planning to roll out our AI in a software as a service model in 2019 and are very excited to show the world what it is capable of.
