Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: CareNiva is a mission driven company. We believe that every individual should get the best care possible to thrive and to be productive. Too many people are not getting the care when they need it the most. CareNiva is a telehealth solution platform for medical practices to deliver convenient, local, and continuous care by integrating telehealth visits into their existing care model so their patients can maintain continuity of care from the comfort of their home. Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: We have recently opened the platform beyond our initial providers as we work towards expanding our services. CareNiva telehealth solution helps providers deliver patient centric and personalized care. We leverage AI and cloud technologies to provide simple, scalable, and secure solutions to serve thousands of providers and their patients. The COVID-19 pandemic has increased quick acceptance and adoption of telehealth visits based on safety, privacy and convenience. Almost 80% of primary care visits can potentially convert into telehealth visits which are cost effective and can reduce overhead by more than 50%. We have also recently released an AI powered auscultation app under CareNiva Labs to capture and analyze vitals such as heart sounds.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: We believe the telehealth platform should be simple, easy to use and help users in most of their tasks automatically. Our customers find it most simple and user friendly. We provide a comprehensive telehealth solution that eliminates the need for any manual work, which allows providers to focus on delivering quality and accurate remote patient care. Both providers and patients have personalized portals to keep track of health appointments, metrics, and data. We have a breakthrough auscultation app using AI at core to capture important vital data points from remote locations by using everyday devices such as mobile phones.
Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: We believe that providing more tools to providers to diagnose accurately is key for telehealth solutions. In next few months, we plan to release more features and capabilities focusing on making telehealth visits equal or better than in person care. We have a strong roadmap and execution plan to make it happen. We plan to release features to help providers speed up care delivery. We are going to release an iOS version of our CareNiva Labs in the next couple of months similar to our Android version.
