Our robust core network combined with our unmatched technical support is what truly makes CHT Global unique and stand out among its competitors.
Q: You’ve recently announced partnership with VeloCloud Networks; could you tell us something more?
A: We are very excited about our new partnership with VeloCloud Networks that we announced on March 13th. VeloCloud Cloud-Delivered SD-WAN is essential to completing our enterprise platform that consists of virtual PBX, cloud computing, and MPLS-VPN to deliver exceptional voice quality and data speeds to our customers. CHT Global will be adding more ICT services onto the network base of SD-WAN combined with the MPLS-VPN network. For example, SD-WAN combined with MPLS-VPN adds an extra layer of security and privacy as data passes through CHT Global’s closed network. By offering a secure back-up solution, our combination adds more value to our base network services. We are allied partners with a mission to expand service coverage and deliver the highest quality worldwide. Through this new partnership, enterprise customers will benefit from faster branch deployment, lower bandwidth costs, and improved application performance.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your other solutions?
A: In addition to our SD-WAN solution, CHT Global also offers reliable voice and Internet connection for businesses. Each Net2VIP+ customer experiences superior voice quality via CHT Global’s core MPLS-VPN network that prioritizes traffic through Quality-of-Service (QoS) technology. We provide our customers with a one-stop shopping solution by including IPPBX, IP Phone, DID Number, Toll-Free, and global voice termination. Based on our successful experiences, we also provide dedicated bandwidth and IP transit to Asia and all around the world. Our network engineers meticulously designs each company’s unique network architecture for optimal quality and stability.
For frequent international travelers, we provide an easy and affordable way to travel with our CHT Global Mobility Hotspot. With built-in Cloud-SIM technology, it is now no longer necessary to carry multiple SIM cards when traveling abroad. CHT Global Mobility provides strong and secure Wi-Fi in over 100+ countries and also acts as a power bank to recharge your smartphone while abroad. The hotspot is also shareable and connects up to 5 different Wi-Fi enabled devices at a time.

Q: What are your plans for the upcoming quarter?
A: CHT Global will continue to increase sales and build our global network of agents and partners. We strive to provide our customers with integrated yet cost-effective solutions for all of their telecommunication needs. This year, we will invest in new and creative marketing strategies to further develop our online presence and promote all of our products and services.
CHT Global’s ultimate goal is to act as a one-stop shop for enterprises by continuously expanding our service coverage and range of telecommunications solutions. By the end of this year, we will also have one new submarine cable added to our network, NCP. Together with our existing TPE submarine cable, we can provide mutual backup and shorter latency between U.S. and important Asian data centers and increase bandwidth strength and connectivity.
Q: What’s the achievement that CHT Global is most proud of?
A: Actually, this month marks our 15 year anniversary. Over the company’s short history, CHT Global has made large strides and reached many milestones. Our proudest achievement is our continuous partnership with some of the top 10 leading semiconductor manufacturing companies in the world. Chunghwa Telecom has stably expanded her service territory to Southeast Asia. Together with our strong global network and SD-WAN, CHT Global can deliver ICT services to Taiwan, China, Southeast Asia, Japan, and Korea.
