Q: You’ve recently announced that you will be attending GPUG Summit 2017; could you tell us something more?
A: GPUG Summit 2017 is a conference where thousands of Microsoft Dynamics GP users, admins, and partners gather to learn and network. This year, the conference is taking place in Nashville, Tennessee, so it promises to be a good time with not only Microsoft leadership keynotes and product roadmaps, but an exciting opportunity to explore Nashville’s sights, sounds, and good eats.
You will find DATABASICS at the tradeshow, where we’ll be exhibiting our timesheet and expense reporting add-ons for MS Dynamics GP users. We love the opportunity to meet with clients and new friends to talk about business intelligence, industry challenges, and the solutions we can offer to make their jobs easier.

DATABASICS Time, for example, comes with automated leave management so that employees can enter time off requests and can look up with accuracy and in real-time how much time they’ve accrued whenever they want from the convenience of the mobile app. That same mobile app makes expense reports easy. With Receipt EXPRESS, users can create instant expense reports by simply taking a photo to capture receipts, letting the system read the receipt data, and then the system automatically populates and enters information from the receipt like the date, amount, and vendor name. All you have to do is review the populated data and just hit submit.
These tools are built in such a way that the impact makes a significant difference in the way employees and administrators approach their work. Q: What can we expect from you and your team in next four months?
