Q: How would you describe Dialog Insight? What is your core competence?

A: Dialog Insight has been providing personalized marketing technologies for over 15 years. We are known to give top-notch technological solution that assists clients’ engagement with personalization.
 

Q: In 2013, you made the strategic decision to rename the company, tell us something more?

A: The name refers to the online client interaction that becomes, through personalization, a bidirectional communication, an exchange of information, a dialog. With this new type of exchange, we hope to acquire new knowledge, understanding and insight.

During a data-driven marketing conference I attended, I counted the number of times these 2 words were mentioned. They were the 2 words the most heard of the entire conference, and I found they represented us well. So they became our trademark.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your software?

A: Dialog Insight’s application offers multiple client relationship management solutions as well as a full suite of related tools.
