Below is our recent interview with Noa Eshed, Co-Founder at Bold Digital Architects:

Noa Eshed

Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to Bold Digital Architects?

A: At Bold Digital Architects we help b2b companies achieve their business goals by evaluating their current efforts, analyzing their landscape and putting together a measurable plan which we then execute fully.

We’re HubSpot Gold partners – in 2017 we’ve won the HubSpot impact award for an inbound growth story. You can check out the winning case study and learn how we helped a Silicon Valley Startup get acquired by a publicly traded company.

We’re Google Premier partners (only 3% of worldwide partner agencies are). We’ve published a book called “The Smart Marketer’s Guide to Google Adwords” which became an Amazon no.1 bestseller and stayed there for a few weeks.

Over the past two years we’ve been publishing yearly well acclaimed reasearches on the state of marketing automation in 2017 and 2018. We’ve been publishing them in collaboration with competitive intelligence and lead generation provider SimilarTech (who are a client of ours). We’ve recently launched a new podcast called Real life super powers.

Q: Can you give us insights into your services?

A: We provide end to end services to our clients. We conduct market research to understand the landscape, we learn the ins and outs of our clients proucts, we research our client’s target audience, we analyze who their competitors are and figure out what they’re investing their efforts in. Together with our clients we understand what their business goals are and we strategize how to break them down to marketing actions.

There’s no one size fits all solution here. Every business requires a unique approach and strategy, which of course is based on best pratices and our vast experience working with B2B startups.

We create and execute a long term marketing plan which typically includes inbound marketing services, content creation, marketing automation, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), social distribution, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).

Though not a popular approach, we believe in sharing our knowledge and internal work methods. We’re not afraid of being imitated – we beleive winners will win with or without us and that great collaborations are born out of sharing knowledge.

Q: How is online marketing different today than it was just a few years ago?

A: Everything is now measurable and businesses are able to measure ROI down to the cent. Businesses now have a much better understanding that online marketing takes time and that they need to add value and not to try and win over clients using interruptive ads. It’s a long term game. We’re in an era of win-win relationships that require nurturing, especially in the B2B landscape where decisions aren’t made on the spot and require multiple decision makers. Businesses need to earn their client’s trust and to make sure they keep adding value from the moment a stranger knocks on their virtual doorstep, untill they become a customer and from that moment onwards – forever.

Q: What do you think the consumer of the next generation will be like? How can brands and marketers connect with this consumer?

A: Consumers are well informed and that’s a good thing. In order to be successful a business needs to be consumer centric. It’s about frequently checking in, making sure the customer is happy and understands the value they’re getting. It’s about reporting and being transparent, teaching the customer how to ask the right questions and as service providers, making sure to always overdeliver and be ahead of the consumer. And of course – being honest and owning mistakes – excuses are pathetic.

Q: What are your plans moving forward?

A: We plan on staying ahead, keep honing our skills and broadning our skill-sets in this crazy dynamic environment where changes are a daily constant. All with a goal of helping our customers scale and surpass their business goals.
