Q: How did you start?
A: We started our journey in October 2015 when on a regular basis, we were asked to download, print, fill out, and scan/fax the document. Within the next 3 months, we had an alpha release where we had customer input. We released our beta in July 2016 and received more amazing feedback. We launched Docsmore to the market in November 2016.

Q: You’ve recently won the 2017 Better Business Bureau Innovation Award; could you tell us something more?
A: Winning this award came as a surprise. We have been extremely grateful to the BBB, Lewisville-Clemmons Chamber of Commerce and most importantly, our valued clients for showing their trust in the innovation that we have brought to the industry of document management in today’s competing world. Our goal has always been to save the effort, time and money of our clients.
Q: Why is digital transformation so important?
A: I recently wrote an article on this topic. In order to keep up with the acceleration of change, organizations need to evaluate their back-end as well as their front-end processes and systems. If they fall behind, their competitors or other startups will come grab the market share. So how you do business, whether you are a manufacturing shop to a digital eCommerce solution, you must keep innovating and digitizing your process to create a seamless experience for your customers. On the strategic side, digital transformation helps companies with planning and innovation, helping leaders think about questions such as Why? and What’s Next?

Q: Can you give us insights into your features?
A: Docsmore allows users to take any document and make it fillable online. We give them tooling to simply drag and drop fields, pictures, or signatures that need to be collected. Users can send their document to one or many end users to complete and/or sign, providing a robust workflow solution that notifies or sends reminders to their end users. The data collected on the document is searchable and exportable for analysis. For large number of documents that users have to complete at a single time such as onboarding, we give the users the ability to create packets of documents. With our conditional logic engine, the users complete only the fields required.
Q: What are your plans for the future?
A: In 2018 we are starting to integrate with other software solution providers allowing Docsmore to be the forms and workflow layer. We are continuing to market to industries where we can help organizations save time, money, and resources when switching to Docsmore. On average, we have been able to save up to 40% of available time.
