Q: What are the advantages of Elements Global Services?

A: One of the key differentiators we offer is our direct Employer of Record (EOR) model. The way it stands, you have two options: an indirect EOR or a direct EOR. Q: Tell us more about your application, how does it work?

A: Elements would assume responsibility of the legal employer, while our clients retain full autonomy over hiring & termination, compensation, culture & benefits, complete control of their products & services, and strategic direction of their company’s global expansion.

Coupled with this is Elements’ Resource Information System & Payroll technology. Elements’ software allows clients to quickly and securely organize data in one easy-to-use system, streamlining processes and simplifying procedures for the businesses that use it. Multinational clients are offered a single Human Resources Management System (HRMS) that directly connects with the company’s payroll platform for the appropriate country and related employment and tax regulations. The technology brings together domestic and international employee data into one holistic system.

Offerings with the technology system are vast and include specialized reports, API integration for accounting and other software packages, employee self-management portals, applicant tracking and much more. To ensure clients are comfortable and well-versed in the software’s capabilities, Elements provides hands-on training and support for all platform users.

Q: You’ve recently announced the sale of your sister company, Elements PEO; could you tell us a little more?

A: We are very proud of what we were able to accomplish with Elements PEO but wanted to shift our focus to helping companies on the multinational front. This sale marks a major step forward in enabling us to now deliver an unmatched global strategy to our clients. The complexities of managing a multinational business are staggering, and with this move we’re able to ensure our focus is attuned to streamlining operations for clients with operations in multiple countries who need a rapid solution to expand, onboard, manage & pay employees. We achieved a high level of success with Elements PEO, and it allowed us to stand out in the domestic market; it’s our aim to now do the same on the multinational front.

Q: What are your plans for the future?

A: To better serve our clients in the APAC region, 2018 will see an additional office open in Singapore. Not coincidentally, we’re also looking to bring on an additional 40-50 new global employees throughout the year. We also have in the works plans to advance our HRIS/Global Payroll Platform, and we are always on the lookout for acquisitions that will help bolster our clients’ global footprint.
