Q: What is Endertech?
A: Endertech is a full-suite web development agency that specializes in building custom solutions in the areas of software, ecommerce and web development and design. We’ve helped plan, develop, launch and maintain web-based solutions in multiple industries since 2000; These range from sectors in nonprofit, ehealth, fashion, elearning systems and many more!
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: Endertech is a popular go-to agency for furniture ecommerce solutions and thus launched a furniture ecommerce development service designed for clients looking for ERP store solutions and other web furniture store needs. Plenty of furniture and home decor companies have taken advantage of our custom middleware solution to automate and improve central planning and logistics for their daily operations.
Both small and large brands have seen success from our custom middleware. With each client already using different platforms as their management tools, we focus on building the middleware software that meets the client’s needs, both short term and long term.
Endertech’s furniture ecommerce services have caught the eye of major companies in the furniture space. One major company being Storis, a leader with furniture retail stores that serves as a Point-of-Sale software customized for inventory, mobile, kiosk and more. Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: We precisely build our ERP software solutions to meet each client’s internal business ecosystem. We take customers through our Planning Phase before any development begins. During planning, we learn the pain-points and end-goals from our clients directly in order to model the best solution. This approach fits the client’s well as each of their stores is unique in their own right.
We have built these custom software solutions to work with some of the most popular platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon, Magento and others. Each platform has their own requirements to make the custom software work. Along with the client’s unique requests, our Planning Phase helps distill all the details of these systems into documented tasks in order to begin development. After all, we wouldn’t implement one store’s exact solution on the next one that comes along. Our software is not a one-size-fits-all, and this is why it’s successful.
Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: In the next six months, Endertech will deploy an omni-channel ecommerce experience for a large mattress retailer with 300+ stores on the east coast. The launch will feature Endertech’s ERP software service (as described above) to bring a more fluid and custom experience that meets the needs of their customers and business model. The full rollout will also include API development, ecommerce optimizations and web design touch-ups.
Endertech’s plans include serving organizations that will need new systems and software to better adapt to customer’s needs in the global economy. Organizations better situated to service not only customers in their country, but overseas and in real-time, will have a head start.
