Q: What is unique about EstesGroup and how does it stand out from competition?

Q: Who are the primary users of solutions and what are some of the key challenges you are helping them solve?
A: We focus on mid-market manufacturers and distributors seeking to improve the efficiency of their operations, their sales experience, and their customer service.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your solutions to industry-specific verticals?
A: We have numerous proprietary shortcuts that allow us to map future state systems design into the up-front discussions. For example, during our Business Process Review phase which kicks off an engagement, we clearly outline the KPI’s and metrics for success: We call these the “North Star” principles for the client. These serve as a checkpoint as we test future state solutions in our “Architect” stage: Do they conform to the North Star? What percent of alignment do we see? Etc.
Q: Could you explain the most prominent advantages of your PEAK methodology?
A: The primary advantage is borne out by our success metrics: we deliver over 90% of our engagements successfully based on client feedback, which is a strong number in the world of ERP and Managed Services. Quite simply, it works because we believe that a tightly coupled team of high performance professionals all trained in the same approach will succeed most of the time. And, in fact, they do!

Q: What are your plans for keeping EstesGroup on the forefront of technology innovation?
A: We have moved more of our methodology to cloud based systems and delivery, and we are always evaluating new methods to deliver our products and services more cost-effectively for our clients. For example, our sessions are delivered either on site or through recorded video conferencing sessions, and our clients are “tested” for their adaptation to the change of the new systems each step of the way. We are always learning: when one of our team discovers a new approach, the idea is shared collaboratively and debated until it is refined and accepted or not. Also, we must remember that the essence of staying on the leading edge is always the people in the firm: we have an exceptional team, we provide excellent benefits, and we foster a fun and challenging work environment even though we have people spread out through 22 States currently.
