Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: GETIDA is a technology solutions company that helps Amazon sellers audit their marketplace transactions for financial and logistics discrepancies. Many Amazon sellers use Amazon’s logistics services solution called Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) to store and handle their inventory. There can be a myriad of discrepancies that occur to the FBA inventory of Amazon sellers that constantly needs to be audited and reimbursed. GETIDA’s technology and dedicated service team provides a full management solution for the sellers by auditing and managing the claims process for sellers until there is the proper resolution for the discovered discrepancies.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: There has been great enthusiasm Among the Amazon sellers community about my recent announcement of joining GETIDA. As I bring more than 20 years of experience in the e-commerce industry, and GETIDA brings an impressive track record of helping Amazon sellers worldwide, there seems to be great anticipation of how GETIDA will grow and expand its mission to empower Amazon sellers even further. Beyond helping Amazon sellers get the maximum FBA reimbursements that they are eligible to receive for the types of FBA discrepancies, GETIDA puts a strong emphasis on seller education so sellers can keep developing their skills and unleash their growth potential on Amazon.
Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: The offering that GETIDA has for Amazon sellers is very compelling. It is free to join GETIDA, there are no set up fees, there are no subscription fees, and sellers can cancel the service at any time. GETIDA is a purely performance based solution and only charges a 25% fee from successful FBA reimbursements that were secured by GETIDA. This model of offering creates a one of kind win-win proposition for Amazon sellers. If GETIDA is able to recover lost funds for the sellers, only then a 25% fee is applied to the recovered amount. So for example, if in one month $100 is recovered, then GETIDA will charge a $25 fee for that month. And if the next month $0 was recovered, then the seller pays $0 in fees. This model creates great flexibility for sellers knowing that when it comes to Amazon FBA auditing and reimbursement, they have professional coverage around the clock for this need, and they only need to pay for this solution if it was successful in recovering the lost funds.
Q: What can we expect from your company in the next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: In the next 6 months, we expect to continue growing our domestic and international outreach to Amazon sellers. Most Amazon sellers are not even aware that there is a problem with their FBA inventory so there is a great need to educate sellers and raise their awareness of the matter. There is great potential for Amazon sellers to recover lost funds, and use these funds to keep fueling their growth on Amazon by investing the recovered funds in launching new products, setting up advertising campaigns, and much more. We also expect to return back to physical tradeshows and the latter half of 2021 and are excited about the prospects of meeting Amazon sellers face to face and interacting with them after the long shutdowns of the global pandemic.
Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: GETIDA is a global leader in FBA auditing and reimbursement and is well known in the industry on a global level. There are more than 50 team members of GETIDA worldwide which keeps on expanding. But even though it is a global company, the people and culture that it holds makes it feel very warm and family oriented. There is a strong sense that we are all in this together and the passion to help others is the main engine that drives every team member in every department.
