Q: Who is your ideal customer and why?

A: Gusto’s ideal customer is a multi-unit quick service restaurant concept. A Gusto client is seeking a cloud deployed point of sale that allows them to choose “best of breed” third-party applications for various part of their operation. They seek a solution for all segments of the restaurant operations starting with point-of-sale with connections for payments, loyalty, payroll, inventory, labor scheduling, all in the cloud.

Q: What geographic markets are you focusing on currently?

A: Today Gusto is focused on the United States. We plan to add international capabilities to include Canada and Mexico over the next twelve months.

Q: What are your plans for next six to nine months?

A: In the next six to nine months Gusto will introduce new functionality such as the kiosk, catering 2.0, online ordering 2.0, web ordering 2.0, customer touch display, enhanced integration, and additional features.
