Q: You’ve recently announced the launch of your new eCommerce store, H2flowDirect; tell us something more?
A: H2flowDirect is an online store for our parent company, H2flow Controls, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of products used to start, stop, control, and protect industrial machines and processes. H2flowDirect.net is really just a great way for us to make these products and services more accessible, and to provide another purchase option for the web savvy customer.

Q: Tell us something more about the company and your history?
A: H2flow Controls was founded in 1999 under the name Emotron Inc. We started out as the Master Distributor for Swedish manufacturer, Emotron AB. In 2008 we re-branded as H2flow Controls after we also began selling products to the Pool & Spa industry. Our relationship with Emotron continues to this day, but we’ve expanded significantly and now also manufacture our own products!

Q: How does H2flowDirect differ from competition?
A: We differ from the competition in many ways. First, our company isn’t solely web-based; we have sales and support staff that a lot of our competition don’t have. We feel that this gives us an advantage – a chance to develop lasting relationships with our customers and make sure they are 100% supported throughout the sales process. Secondly, we are very focused. Rather than offering many, many products, which we may not be all that well versed in, we focus on a handful of different products, which we know inside-out. Third, and perhaps the most significant difference, we pride ourselves on quality; every product that we sell meets the highest possible standards. Our prices are very competitive, but we feel that sometimes in this industry, quality is sacrificed in an effort to offer the lowest prices – we’re committed to not following that trend.

Q: What can we expect from you in next six months?
A: Certainly additional products will be added to the store. There’s a definite possibility that products such as Manual Motor Starters, more pre-configured Control Panels, and Heat Exchanger Drives could be added. Beyond that, we may offer discount codes to repeat customers.
