Hamilton AI Raises $7.5 Million In Seed Funding Round

Listen to this article

Hamilton AI, the intelligent platform revolutionizing private aviation workflows with deterministic AI, raised $7.5 million in Seed funding led by TTV Capital, bringing its total disclosed funding to $9.8 million.

Founded in 2024 by CEO Wouter Witvoet, Hamilton AI operates as the world’s first intelligent platform for private aviation. It delivers a deterministic AI workflow and execution layer that ingests unstructured inputs (such as emails, WhatsApp messages, PDFs, operational documents, and maintenance records) and converts them into structured, auditable actions. Core modules automate inbound lead aggregation, demand matching, AI powered quoting, trip pricing, pipeline management, empty-leg optimization, crew scheduling, and payment reconciliation. The platform eliminates manual fragmentation that has defined the industry for decades, enabling operators and brokers to move from request to booking with verified accuracy, reduced errors, and integrated transaction value.

Hamilton AI has raised $7.5 million in a Seed funding round. The round was led by TTV Capital, with participation from Bling Capital, Cambrian Ventures, FJ Labs, Weekend Fund, Mintaka Ventures, Correlation VC, and HF0. This brings the New York-based company’s total disclosed funding to approximately $9.8 million, following a $2.3 million Pre Seed round closed in 2025.

The $60 billion private aviation market remains heavily reliant on legacy systems, creating billions in annual activity that currently runs on fragmented processes. Hamilton AI directly addresses this by scaling quoting up to 5× faster and saving operators roughly 80 hours per month through real time lead prioritization, dynamic pricing against live supply/demand data, and automated empty-leg matching. Early traction among U.S. commercial operators demonstrates rapid adoption driven by demand for smarter scheduling and optimization tools.

Witvoet’s track record adds significant credibility. He previously scaled Secfi into the largest lending platform against private company stock (facilitating over $1 billion in transactions) and served as a key executive in taking DeFi Technologies public, where the company reached a $1.2 billion market capitalization. This experience in building execution infrastructure for high value, time sensitive transactions directly informs Hamilton AI’s approach to aviation workflows.

Proceeds from the Seed round will accelerate product development, expand data pipelines, strengthen engineering capacity, and scale operations. The company plans to deepen its deterministic AI capabilities, purpose built to avoid hallucinations, and further integrate payments to capture additional value per transaction. TTV Capital’s Gardiner Garrard highlighted the strategic fit: “For decades, private aviation has run on fragmented, manual systems. Hamilton is applying AI to improve longstanding inefficiencies… and by integrating payments into their platform, they are adding value to each client transaction.” Witvoet echoed the vision: “Private aviation has the same fundamental problem: billions of dollars in activity running on manual processes. Hamilton is transforming an industry that’s been underserved by technology.”

This round positions Hamilton AI as a category leader in aviation specific AI infrastructure. By combining deterministic execution with end to end workflow automation, the company creates a defensible moat in a market where reliability and auditability are non negotiable. Investor participation from specialized funds (TTV Capital’s fintech focus, FJ Labs and Cambrian Ventures’ early stage expertise) signals strong conviction in the platform’s ability to capture meaningful share of the $60 billion opportunity while delivering measurable ROI through efficiency gains and new revenue streams. With only eight employees at the time of the raise and proven founder execution, the capital provides runway to expand the team, iterate rapidly on customer feedback, and establish Hamilton AI as the standard execution layer for private aviation operators and brokers worldwide.
