Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: Savista is an innovative healthcare revenue cycle services company based on proven processes and results, built from three decades of experience. Our mission is to help healthcare providers excel operationally and financially. We deliver revenue cycle management services that provide sustainable improvements for our acute and ambulatory clients, enabling them to focus on patient care. Leveraging a consultative approach, we optimize the investment of our clients’ software platform and expedite speed to value.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: We are proud that our colleagues voted Savista a Great Place to Work again. Our colleagues are committed to supporting healthcare providers and making the patient experience a positive one.
Something that I believe sets us apart from other companies is the value we put on colleague and community support. Each year, full-time Savista colleagues get 40 hours of paid time to volunteer for 501c3 organizations. Colleagues might take their 40 hours at one time and travel abroad to help build a school or take a few hours sporadically throughout the year to help a local charity. Every hour our colleagues spend giving back to our communities is time well spent.
In addition to helping those around us, our colleagues give to each other. Through our CARE program, colleagues have the opportunity to donate money to a fund that helps other colleagues who encounter emergency circumstances. The giving spirit of the Savista family is incredible, and I’m proud to say that I’m a part of this remarkable organization.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: We enable providers to navigate the biggest challenges in healthcare: quality clinical care with positive patient experiences and optimal financial results. Specifically, we offer operational and advisory services in the areas of patient engagement, health information management, revenue integrity and accounts receivable management.
We provide services that are flexible, scalable and cost-efficient, while collaborating with clients to provide the best-fit solution.
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: Here at Savista, we’re always striving to improve healthcare revenue cycle outcomes. Our immediate plans though, are to help our clients tackle and overcome the challenges they’re facing right now.
At the top of the list – staff shortages. Many healthcare providers struggle to access talent in their communities. Staff turnover has been high, challenging healthcare organizations to identify necessary skill sets and continually train staff to keep them up to date in accordance with evolving governmental requirements.
Another challenge healthcare providers face are changes in healthcare policy. For example, the No Surprises Act went into effect January 1. Savista offers solutions to keep healthcare providers compliant and ahead of the curve.
