Heat Holders uses a three-stage manufacturing process incorporating a high-quality acrylic yarn mix with an incredibly soft, cashmere-like feel, a special long looped pile and finally an intense brushing process. The key to insulation is to trap as much warm air as close to the skin as possible, and that’s what Heat Holders do better than any other sock in the world. It gives their socks the best thermal properties available, with a tog rating of 2.34. Below is our interview with Ajay Ruia, President of Drew Brady Co. Inc dba Heat Holders:
Q: How are you disrupting the category?
A: Before Heat Holders, Thermal Socks were made to be cheap. We designed Heat Holders with the single minded goal of making the warmest thermal sock in the world and we achieved that after two years doing rigorous R&D and testing. We lab test socks from other brands and it is safe to say that Heat Holders thermal socks are are almost 40% warmer than the warmest thermal sock we have ever tested, which was a heavy sock with 80% plus wool!

Q: What are some of the new licenses you’ve signed?
A: We are really excited about our new licenses with Disney, Star Wars and Marvel. Heat Holders offers men’s, women’s and kid’s socks, hats and gloves, tights and leggings, thermal underwear, and other thermal accessories. The products are available in different sizes and colors and available for purchase online and in select retailers.
Q: What geographic markets are you focusing on currently?
A: You’d be surprised to know that California is our #2 market in USA. That Texas ranks among the top 5 and Florida is in the top 10. We know that cold is relative. A person used to 90/100 degree weather in California feels cold and uses Heat Holders in California! And of course the colder states like New York, Pennsylvania, Illinois etc. also tend to feature in the top 10. So really, all of the USA is well within our wheelhouse.

Q: What are some donations that you are most proud of?
A: This past Christmas, Heat Holders donated socks to The Scott Mission for men, women, and families struggling to make ends meet during the cold, winter season.
There is no better way to celebrate the holidays than to give back to those in need.
Heat Holders also partnered with missionaries to raise money for a remote island located in the Nome Census Area of Alaska. After partnering with missionaries that raise money throughout the year and providing a 50% discount on all products, Heat Holders helped raise $2000 in in-kind donations last summer 2016.
Starting A/W 2017, we plan to help save lives in winter by donating over 13000 units of Heat Holders products to those in need. Activate Social Media:
