Q: What are your tips for improving the reputation of a brand?

A: Consistency. This one is easy : you cannot fake reputation whether it’s in the real word or in the web! But giving the best perspective on your products and company just help you with reputation. Once you have a solid website you need a strong content strategy on the long run. By putting always relevant information before prospect eyes, your company becomes a reference and any reference has good reputation.

Q: How is online marketing different today than it was just a few years ago?

A: Deep learning make it somehow harder to cheat. Signals not only are based on numbers and algorithmic calculation from an initial logic; it progressively becomes a new set of logics based on previously observed patterns. Let’s add the engagement data like click through rate or time spent on site and it becomes Google in 2019. It’s not easy to build relevant backlinks nowadays!
