Q: What are your key features?
A: Infolio offers cloud-based visual boards for lean and distributed teams to organize and share a variety of documents, images, notes, web links, mails and tasks in one place, access them on any device, and collaborate 24/7.
All relevant information on a specific project, research theme or customer engagement can be visually organized on sharable team boards, to access it and refresh the context within seconds. The embedded activity stream and team chat also enable real-time team communication.
Infolio integrates with popular services like Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, Salesforce, Office 365 and more. It was featured by Gartner as Cool Vendor in Digital Workplace category and Apple in the App Store as one of the best new productivity apps.

Q: What is unique about Infolio and how does it stand out from competition?
A: Infolio is unique, as it combines the strengths of its relative competitors like no other tool: it has the visual power of whiteboard and notetaking apps, offers real time team communication via embedded chat and activity stream, and enables task management right from its workspaces.
Also, besides traditionally supported information types like documents, images, tasks and notes, Infolio allows integrating web links, be it documents like whitepapers, images/diagrams, relevant webpages or YouTube videos, which can be added to Infolio workspaces with preview for convenience, and opened right from Infolio content browser with a finger tap.
Flexible and intuitive, Infolio can be adopted within minutes and can be the best choice for teams that need moving fast — to jump-start brainstorming, competitive analysis, user experience research, new product design, development, marketing or sales initiatives, using visual information boards.
Q: Can you give us more insights into the browser version of Infolio?
A: The browser version of Infolio makes it easy for teams to build, edit and share documents, notes, emails, spreadsheets, linked resources, and even relevant chat — on cloud based boards that help get teams organized and maximize their productivity. Infolio is intuitive so teams can quickly and easily collaborate while keeping information organized by related context. Its like a virtual hub, where team members come to share information and collaborate in a visual manner, having all the information they need always at hand. This improves productivity, while reducing time lost multitasking and switching between software programs.
