Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: Mint Condition Dental is a family-owned dental practice providing dental care to the greater Spokane and Palouse area communities in Eastern Washington since 2014. Over the years, we have grown to four locations and have been named an Inc 5000 company, which is a testament to our commitment to providing outstanding dental care and excellent patient experiences.
We proudly offer a wide range of dental services, including general, preventive, restorative, pediatric, cosmetic, and emergency dental care. Our goal is to make dental care convenient and comfortable for our patients while ensuring they receive the highest quality of care from our highly trained dental professionals.

A: At Mint Condition Dental, we pride ourselves on our unique approach to patient care. Our first core value is being people-focused, and we strive to provide exceptional service and patient care every step of the way to ensure they leave feeling comfortable and cared for.
We understand that visiting a dentist can often be a stressful experience for patients. To address this, we have created a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere in each office, designed to put patients at ease. We have achieved this by implementing complimentary amenities such as a refreshment tray, weighted blanket, headphones, streaming devices, a warm lavender-infused washcloth, etc. This approach has led many of our patients to comment that visiting our office feels like visiting a spa rather than a dental office.
Our commitment to our patient’s comfort is just one thing that sets us apart. We also use state-of-the-art technology, such as a milling machine that allows us to provide patients with the convenience of receiving a dental crown in one visit.

Q: Can you give us insights into your products?
A: Our comprehensive dental services include routine check-ups, cleanings, fillings, and more advanced procedures such as root canals and extractions. Preventive dentistry is essential for maintaining good oral health, and our team works closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their specific needs.
For children, we offer pediatric dentistry services to ensure that kids receive the dental care they need to maintain healthy teeth and gums. Our team is experienced in working with children of all ages, and we strive to create a fun and engaging atmosphere that encourages kids to take an active role in their oral health.
We also offer a range of restorative dentistry services, including dental implants, crowns, bridges, and dentures. These services are designed to restore the function and appearance of damaged or missing teeth, helping patients to maintain a healthy and attractive smile.

Q: What are some of the main objectives for your company in the year ahead, and how do you plan to achieve them?
A: In the year ahead, our main objectives are to enhance team satisfaction and guest experiences, provide opportunities for team members to improve their leadership skills, increase revenue and profitability, install systems to improve efficiency and productivity, strengthen the message of our brand and core values, and become a thought leader in our industry.
To achieve these objectives, we are continuing to develop our culture and enhance experiences for team members and patients. We have invested heavily in training to grow our leadership and want to continue to provide opportunities for team members to improve their skills. I recently got back from a trip to Atlanta, Georgia, where I visited the headquarters of a highly renowned company that demonstrates exceptional hospitality and customer service to learn about what they do and look for opportunities for growth and ways we can strengthen the message of our brand and core values.
Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: The people. From team members to patients to the communities we serve. Our team members go above and beyond to ensure that each patient’s needs and concerns are addressed.
Moreover, our commitment to our community extends beyond dental care. We regularly participate in community events and initiatives to support local causes, including donating dental services to those in need. We believe in giving back to the communities that have supported us over the years, and this commitment is reflected in the close relationships we have built with our patients and their families.
