Q: Tell us something more about JobLogic solutions?
A: JobLogic has a back office application for logging jobs, planning maintenance, CRM, costing, billing and purchasing. It also has a mobile app for field techs to receive their jobs and update the back office in real time. This includes signature capture, photos, parts, time sheets and bespoke work flows. Our web portal allows the client to log in and see the progress of their jobs as well as accessing reports in real time.

Q: Could you explain the function and advantages of your Service Management Software compared to similar solutions?
A: JobLogic was created out of a traditional mechanical and electrical maintenance company. It was built for the industry, by the industry. We have 15 years of experience in engineering the highest quality software for maintenance contractors. Our specialist skills include mobile app design where we can easily create bespoke workflows such as tick sheets, risk assessments and compliance forms for any industry. We are also experts in integration having built links to multiple 3rd party software systems.

A: JobLogic is available from £20 / $20 per user per month. There is no minimum commitment period. The price includes a fully hosted service and access to our customer success team.

Q: What are your plans for the future?
A: Our goal is to be the number one recognised field service management software for small businesses within two years. We have big plans for expansion into the American, African and Australian markets.
