Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: At JUMP Technology Services, we’ve been supporting social services programs with consulting and software development since 2001. Today, we provide vital “Software as a Service” solutions for more than 75 customer agencies who serve aging programs or vulnerable adult populations.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: We’re so very honored to be recognized with this Bronze Stevie Award for Best Technical Support Solution – Computer Services. We are committed to providing not only the best software for social services, but the best overall experience.

A: We believe that what makes us different is the way we listen to our customers about their evolving needs and respond with solutions sometimes before they have really even asked. We specialize in predicting where the programs are going from regulatory requirements to the incorporation of emerging technologies for worker efficiency. Our customers say that it is easy for them to adapt to new requirements because they don’t have to be technology experts or retain in-house expertise about the capability of the software to adapt.
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: In 2021, we’re expanding our customer portal to include self directed learning and an enhanced chat experience. As states have reopened and workers have gone back into the field, customer support needs are greater than ever. We’re launching an upgraded version of our flagship product, LEAPS, in the next six months. The upgrade will focus on visual interpretations of casework.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?
A: We do what we do because it means something to support social services programs that help vulnerable populations. Our staff love working with each other and with the customers so much that staff turnover is extremely rare.
