Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to Lipcon?
A: We are a law firm that specializes in handling admiralty and maritime personal injury and wrongful death litigation involving any type of vessel incident from jet skis to cruise ship and everything in between. We have lawyers with a combined experience in admiralty and maritime matters that totals over 100 years. We have successfully handled thousands of cases and have recovered funds in excess of 200 hundred million dollars on behalf of passengers as well as members of the crew. We have brought multiple class actions.
Q: You’ve recently been awarded the 2019 Best Law Firm national ranking; could you tell us something more?
A: We are very proud to have received this very prestigious recognition. It represents the outstanding results that we have obtained for our clients.
Q: What makes your firm stand out?
A: To our knowledge we are the only admiralty and maritime firm that has four lawyers who have also received the same recognition U.S. News that our firm received as a whole. When it comes to handling cases against the cruise lines, we probably handle more cases than any other firm in the United States.

A: We represent passengers and crew members from around the world with respect to claims involving personal injuries and wrongful death. Our cases have been filed in almost every major port in the United States as well as in some foreign countries.
Q: What are your plans for the future?
A: We plan to continue our commitment to excellence in representing our clients. As the number of active ships, specially cruise ships increases, we plan on adding attorneys to keep up with an increased amount of work.
