Q: What types of services do you offer to your clients?

A: Website design, including individual agent websites, property & development websites, and brokerage/enterprise level solutions. Additionally, we offer a variety of marketing services included lead generation advertising campaigns, SEO optimization services, copy writing, Instagram management, and video production.

Q: How Are You Doing Today & What are your plans for the future?

A: We just closed a $5.4 Million Series A last month. Over the last 18 months, we’ve grown our client base by over 5x and our team from 9 employees to over 50. It’s been a pretty incredible experience to achieve this level of growth. We now service over 1000 real estate agents and brokers and are still growing at 8-10% each month.

Our capital efficiency has been really strong as it took us about $2M in funding to get to almost $4M in run-rate revenue. We’ve been extremely focused on retention and have seen client churn of less than 1%. As a result, our LTV is very high and we’re able to invest in providing an exceptional client experience which further improves churn – a virtuous cycle.

We benefit from low CAC since there is a clear pull from the market with lots of word of mouth, referral traffic, and strong organic SEO rankings. We also have some great partnerships in place which allow us to reach our customer base efficiently.

Lastly, our 2020 goal is to build a full digital marketing solution for real estate agents looking to build successful, lead-generating digital brands. ​We are a real estate technology company aiming to satisfy the branding and marketing demands of the whole luxury sector in the real estate brokerage industry. We plan to continue to launch new tools to help agents manage their digital presence, reach more qualified consumers online, and market their listings more effectively. We will continue to innovate with best in class technology and marketing services.
