Below is our recent interview with Anthony Snowell, the Founder and CEO at Granularity:

Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?

A: Granularity is a 2-sided market research and ad platform that helps marketers find out “why” consumers do what they do. On the consumer side, we help mobile app users monetize their data, providing a win-win for both sides.

Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?

A: Since April, we have almost registered 10,000 mobile app users and believe it or not, they actually want to watch ads and complete surveys. It is crazy I know but by empowering users to do these things whenever and wherever they want, knowing they will get paid to do so, seems to be working.

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?

A: Marketers use Granularity to collect valuable data and information from hyper-focused audiences via surveys, ads and content. The data-rich feedback is then used to improve and optimize campaigns on Granularity and on larger ad platforms, which will save them a ton of money and help them get a better ROI in the long run.

Consumers use the Granularity mobile app to quickly and easily provide feedback on ads, content and surveys and they get paid for it. This allows them to monetize their data and attention vs. the alternative which is spending a ton of time on other apps and platforms where ads are crammed down their throats and they don’t benefit at all.

Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?

A: Over the next 6 months we will be scaling our sales and marketing teams. We built an API-First platform which enables us to integrate our services as features on the platform of much larger partners. We are in talks with a few large B2B companies that are looking to provide our services to their customer base. We look for these integrations to complete by year end 2021.

Q: What is the best thing about your company that people might not know about?

A: That is a good question. I would say having our system built as an API-First platform would be the best thing. This approach makes it easier to provide our services to larger B2B companies looking to provide their customers with additional marketing features. I took this approach because I feel it will help Granularity scale rapidly, providing our mobile app users with more content to interact with.
