Q: Could you provide our readers with a brief introduction to your company?
A: We are a consulting firm that specializes in Commercial Real Estate Development. Our goal is to meet clients where they are, whether that is hoping to refresh their current space, open a first location, or open a new location, and guide them through the real estate maze as their outsourced real estate department.
Q: Any highlights on your recent announcement?
A: We are excited for new projects! Every building is different so there is never a dull moment and we are happy to be on the search for people who could use our services!

Q: Can you give us more insights into your offering?
A: We find that oftentimes business owners or hopefuls have a vision of what they want to do (i.e. open a restaurant!, find a new office space!, open a second location!) but just aren’t sure where to start. Or, owners are leaving money on the table, not realizing that a refreshed or renovated space could increase their profits. Real Estate can seem confusing or mundane, but that’s our specialty. We’re here to help clients take that next step, and avoid leaving that money on the table.
Q: What can we expect from your company in next 6 months? What are your plans?
A: We are looking to consult for at least one new national-level client in the next 6 months and are also hopeful for 2-3 local clients with smaller scale-goals.
